Tumbler Deburring for Small Components
Cut Fast Send offers tumbler deburring as an optional finishing service for small laser cut components. This process gently removes sharp edges, burrs and minor slag left from laser cutting, resulting in a smoother and more consistent finish.
Tumbler deburring is not a required step, however it is highly recommended when parts are being prepared for powder coating or when a cleaner appearance and safer handling are desired.

Using a rotating drum with specialist media, parts are evenly refined without altering critical dimensions. This makes the process ideal for brackets, tabs, plates and small sheet metal components.
For powder coating, softened edges allow the coating to wrap more evenly around the part, improving durability and visual quality.
